Turn your backyard into the place everyone wants to be.
The KoKoMo Baja Outdoor Kitchen is a complete outdoor cooking and entertaining space designed for long afternoons, dinner at the grill, and evenings gathered around the fire. Beneath its 12 × 12 aluminum patio cover, the Baja brings together a built-in grill, refrigeration, storage, outdoor TV, bar seating, lighting, and an integrated gas fire feature in one coordinated outdoor kitchen.
Choose the configuration that fits your home: Liquid Propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG).
The Baja creates the kind of backyard where no one is in a hurry to go inside. Cook at the grill while guests gather around the bar, keep cold drinks within reach, catch the game on the outdoor TV, then settle in around the fire feature as the evening cools. Cooking, serving, shade, seating, refrigeration, entertainment, and ambiance all live in one thoughtfully designed space.
This is a large, made-to-order outdoor kitchen. KoKoMo lists an estimated 4–6 week delivery timeframe for online island orders. Delivery method and handling vary by destination. The manufacturer states that deliveries outside its designated white-glove service areas are generally curbside and, in some cases, the carrier may require assistance unloading the island.
Before ordering, confirm the intended installation area, overall site dimensions, access path, clearances, fuel source, electrical needs, and any applicable local requirements. Plan for a clear route from the delivery point to the installation area, including gates, driveways, walkways, and other access points.
Equipment hookups are not included by the manufacturer. Gas, electrical, site preparation, anchoring, final connections, and permitting may require qualified local professionals depending on placement and local requirements. The installation surface should be level and properly prepared before the kitchen arrives.
The Long Evening’s 30-day return policy applies. For large freight items, return eligibility and return-shipping requirements may depend on the item’s condition, packaging, delivery status, and whether installation or utility connection has begun. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to KoKoMo’s applicable warranty terms.
