Designed for 2–3 people, the Mande MW12 brings the traditional sauna experience home in a compact footprint made for patios, decks and backyard spaces. Handcrafted in Lithuania, the cabin is constructed from ThermoWood®, a thermally modified wood selected for its dimensional stability and resistance to moisture and decay.

At just under four feet deep, the MW12 provides a comfortable sauna interior without requiring the space of a larger backyard structure. Tempered-glass doors and windows bring natural light into the cabin, while integrated ventilation and LED lighting beneath the benches complete the interior. A bituminous roof helps protect the sauna from outdoor weather.

Select the sauna cabin alone or add a Harvia KIP electric heater.

Standard — Sauna Only
Includes the MW12 sauna cabin without a heater. Choose this option if you plan to supply your own compatible sauna heater.

Harvia KIP 6.0 kW with Built-In Controller
Adds a 240V, wall-mounted Harvia KIP 6.0 kW electric sauna heater with integrated controls and sauna stones. The 6.0 kW KIP is rated for sauna spaces of approximately 175–300 cu. ft.

Harvia KIP 6.0 kW with Wi-Fi Controller
Adds the 6.0 kW electric heater with Wi-Fi-enabled control, allowing compatible remote temperature and session control.

Harvia KIP 8.0 kW with Built-In Controller
Adds the higher-output 8.0 kW Harvia KIP electric heater with integrated controls and sauna stones.

Before Delivery & Setup

• Prepare a stable, level foundation suitable for the sauna’s approximately 1,390-lb weight.
• Measure the delivery route and installation area before ordering so the cabin can be moved safely to the site.
• The Standard option is the sauna cabin only and does not include a heater.
• Electric heater configurations require an appropriate 240V electrical connection and installation in accordance with the heater manufacturer’s requirements and applicable local electrical codes.
• Free standard shipping does not include moving the sauna to its final location, assembly, installation, white-glove service, site preparation, electrical work, or packaging removal unless specifically stated for your order.

Warranty & Returns

The sauna cabin includes a 5-year manufacturer structural warranty. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days under The Long Evening’s Return & Refund Policy; large or freight-delivered products may have product-specific requirements and significant return transportation costs, and returns require prior authorization.
