Planting & Care

Choose a plant suited to the size of the planter and the light conditions where Portico will hang. Trailing plants are especially beautiful in the suspended design.

Use a quality potting mix appropriate for your plant. Water thoroughly when needed and allow excess water to move through the integrated drainage system.

Before hanging, make sure your ceiling hook or mounting hardware is properly installed and rated to support the combined weight of the ceramic planter, soil, plant, and water.

Clean the ceramic gently with a soft, damp cloth as needed.
