Where outdoor cooking meets fireside evenings.
Turn your backyard into a true outdoor gathering space with the KoKoMo Outdoor Kitchen Island with Fire Feature. With an expansive 7'6" × 9' layout, this outdoor kitchen brings together generous cooking and prep space with the warmth and ambiance of an integrated fire feature.
Select the Liquid Propane or Natural Gas configuration that matches your planned installation. Confirm the fuel requirements for both the cooking components and integrated fire feature before installation. Qualified professional connection may be required.
Confirm the intended installation area, 7'6" × 9' footprint, delivery access, clearances, fuel source, electrical needs for any powered components, and applicable local requirements before purchase. Large outdoor kitchens may require freight delivery and specialized handling.
Plan a clear route from the delivery point to the final installation area, including gates, driveways, walkways, patios, and other access points. Free standard shipping does not include final placement, assembly, utility connections, site preparation, contractor services, or permitting unless specifically stated for your order.
The Long Evening’s 30-day return policy applies. For large freight items, return eligibility and return-shipping requirements may depend on condition, packaging, delivery status, and whether assembly or utility connection has begun. Warranty coverage follows applicable manufacturer terms.
