Ostrich Fern creates tall, arching plumes of fresh green foliage that bring movement and soft texture to shaded gardens. Fronds can reach about 4 feet, making it especially effective near streams, ponds, rain gardens, and woodland edges.
Plant in part to full shade where soil stays consistently moist. It is especially well suited to pond edges, stream banks, rain gardens, and shaded borders that do not dry out completely.
Your order is backed by our nursery partner's 30-day plant guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to establish within 30 days, contact The Long Evening promptly with your order details and photos so we can help arrange a replacement.
